sunlight, PS, and lecithin all make you feel nauseous, so it's all working according to plan.
it is 1000% worth it for you to keep up with the PS or lecithin, as nausea is a small price to pay for a ticket out of your situation. to be able to avoid all the stresses of the liver flush, coffee enemas, and just have to deal with nausea is like winning the lottery twice in a row.
i don't know about the dosage, maybe 4 tablespoons lecithin per day. back off if it seems too much, but KEEP WITH IT, even at a small dose because the payoff will be huge. HUGE!. can't stress it enough, once your liver and gall bladder are able to start dumping bile you win.
either the PS or lecithin will do the trick. consider yourself lucky that these things make you feel nauseous as they are doing the exact job that you need. this will eventually pass and when things thin out enough for you to pass bile your life will change in the exact way that you have been hoping for. MAKE SURE TO DRINK SUFFICIENT FLUIDS THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS, BILE IS MAINLY COMPOSED OF WATER.
i think i mentioned this to you before that raw protein reacts different to cooked protein, just as you were able tolerate some carbohydrates mixed with fats, everything must be gauged on its own merit, not compared to something similar -- and especially so in your state. and liver isn't even high in protein.
the gerson program included raw liver and they had people just like you who were at death's door. a few teaspoons of raw liver can give you most of your body's requirements for nutrition with zero stress on your digestion. it's up to you, but don't knock it before you try it. i was very specific in not recommending any cooked protein to you for exactly this reason so as not to disturb your liver or gall bladder, and just very gently detoxify it with sun or lecithin. and it is a good bet that while you detoxify your liver you may need to help rebuild it or support it, and you said you couldn't handle herbs, so raw liver it is.
i am keying in exactly to your situation, taking into account all of the things that you said you could not tolerate and not pushing you into any direction that is likely to lead in failure.
most people report nausea during liver flushes, this is just par for the course in detoxifying your liver. if you can get the same results with zero stress, not imbalancing your electrolytes, not stressing your adrenals with caffeine, all for less than 20 cents per dose, all without least having to eat high salicylate foods, or having to go on an extreme raw diet, ror having your cavities ripped out, or walking more than a few feet to the kitchen, etc etc then i think a reasonable person should consider this an extreme blessing.
