Chris, this one out of this string of Q&A struck a chord in me.
#1. Yellow stools? Are you headed where I was when I came here 6+ yrs ago? No digestion at all. Eating but dying ... it's very scary.
#2. Amino acids ... there are 20+ amino acids needed for the liver to make one human protein molecule. Your body makes all but 8 of them, those are called ESSENTIAL amino acids. You can't eat produce and avoid them. Things like green smoothies, fresh made green juices, and sprouts are all full of them.
#3. Nof liver flushing because you're too weak? How's that working for you? Your liver is a HUGE part of good health and without it's functioning properly, you will drown in your own toxic body fluids.
I knew in Oct 2005 that I wasn't digesting foods because there was nothing but undigested food in my toilet. In Jan, 2006, I found Ask Barefoot and began communicating with MH, mostly by email. He proved to me that Book 1 author KNEW what he was talking about when it came to diet and fasting. He was more into liver flushing back then than he is now, or he tolerated it because he knew I was earnestly trying to live. Liver flushing every 4th week didn't wreck me, closer together than that and I apparently was wrecking my electrolyte balance and felt too weak, I had to be able to work!!
I had to make notes when something rang true to me because I wouldn't remember ti 5 mins later.
