Re: Epsom salt flush, no fasting?

I am asking, is it ok to do an Epsom salt flush, as described during an OJ fast.
OK, 1 TABLESPOON OR SO OF EPSOMS SALTS IN A LARGE GLASS OF WATER UPON WAKENING FOR 3 MORNINGS IN A ROW?

ALL THE OLD EPSOMS SALTS BOXES HAD INTERNAL DOSAGES ON THEM AND CONSIDERED SAFE WORLD WIDE, ONLY IN CURRENT TIMES DID THEY MAKE EPSOMS SALTS ILEGAL IN MANY OF THE SOCIALISTIC CONTROLLED COUNTRIES AND TAK IT OUT OF THE HOSPITALS.

TO BE EATING FOOD AND DO THIS 3 MORNINGS IN A ROW I GUESS WOULD NOT MAKE ALOT OF SENSE AS THE MAGNESIUM IS A POWERFUL LAXATIVE. SO I PICK THE LBB FORMULA 100X OVER EPSOMS SALTS ANY DAY OF THE YEAR.

Only I will not be fasting, I am trying to eat a fruit only diet, but I get immense cravings, and I think my anxiety goes sky high when they happen, i can barely go two days without cheating on my fruit diet.
YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH FRUIT AS YOUR STOMACH CAN HOLD YA KNOW, SO HUNGER REALLY SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE AS IT SOUNDS LIKE "CRAVINGS" AND CRAVINGS CAN BE BROKEN AFTER A 21 DAY PROPER FRUIT JUICE FAST, SAME AS THE STOMACH IS HEALED AND SUCH CRAVINGS SHOULD PASS.

I need to break myself of this cycle somehow, I have tried it many times even back when I was doing the silly candida diet before I found this forum, like eating meat and low starch veggies, no sugar and low carbs. I thought the reason I couldnt even stay on a diet like that was because my blood sugar was low. Although I do get low blood sugar, I am pretty sure now, that eating all fruit isnt causing my sugar to go low, it must be the cravings making my brain go haywire.

IDEALLY, FRUIT JUICE RAISES YOUR BLOOD SUGAR AS IT ENTERS IT FAST.....AND LOW BLOOD SUGAR OFTEN MAKES PEOPLE EAT.

IN ALL CASES, I WOULD READ / FOLLOW WHAT I CALL BOOK I THE BEST YOU CAN AND SEEK THE AID OF HERBS WHEN POSSIBLE. MANY BLESSINGS,
MH
