I've tried Raw milk and it made me very congested. Raw milk is not for everyone. The fat in raw milk can be hard to digest for some that have a comprimised Liver/digestive issues. Cows milk is very rich and designed for a very heavy animal. On the other hand human breast milk is not nearly as "rich" and is much easier to digest than cow milk. Raw milk is something each person will have to evaluate according to how strong their digestion is.
