 Did you try "Slow Breathing"?

 
Try Exhaling slowly over about 7-seconds.  Inhaling over about 5-seconds.   You can use this as a pace maker.
 
 
Don't breath deeply, just sloooowly.  And make sure you breathe with your diaphragm and not your chest. 
 
I find slow breathing works well at stopping anxiety.  Really hope it works for you.
