yes, coffee haha. I too have quit coffee...for now, anyway. I haven't had any in a few days and that's a huge accomplishment for me.
Oolong tea is a good substitute as it does contain caffeine but it doesn't make me queasy like Green Tea does. Such a shame too, one day I threw up all my carrot juice because I couldn't hold down green tea. I've given up trying to stomach it.
Coconut water is my favorite healthy drink. I usually buy the Zoico 100% pure coconut water. I could go on and on about the benefits of coconut water. I drink it straight, mix it with normal water, mix it with teas, mix it with vegetable juices, mix it with fruit juices, anything.
