I finally got my motivation back! It is Tuesday night and i have now been fasting since after lunch on Sunday, so more than 2 days down. I plan to do at least 5 days. On Sunday i kept debating whether to start after lunch, or start Monday morning (because usually it's hard for me to skip dinner if i've eaten earlier in the day). Well now, i am soooooooooo glad i started on Sunday. It was only half a day but i feel like i am ahead of the game because last time i fasted, i did Monday to Friday (generally it's harder for me to fast on weekends so i avoid that).
This time around i am finding it much easier, mostly because i learned the last time that the hunger pains are temporary and ease off after day 2. The last time, it felt overwhelming to think i had 5 whole days of fasting, but this time i know it will get easier so i'm not as stressed about it as last time. So it is much easier. I still have moments where i wish i could eat, but they pass quickly and i have no doubt i can make it 5 days.
