Have become quite weak. Bruise a bit easier, fatigue quicker and legs get more tired.
This could be adrenal function or an anemia.
Yesterday i felt a little better but today my legs are very sore from just running with my dog a bit in a field. Other pains in my stomach have diminished but the one in the upper abdomen has been hanging on. It fluctuates with food too.
And when its felt more, its often followed with gas.
Are there any foods or supplements I should eat/take to help with what seems to be malabsorbtion? (Or maybe its something else)
I would still go with the yucca root powder first. This also helps with nutrient absorption along with the other benefits I pointed out.
