Could stress have contributed to this? Have become quite weak. Bruise a bit easier, fatigue quicker and legs get more tired. Yesterday i felt a little better but today my legs are very sore from just running with my dog a bit in a field. Other pains in my stomach have diminished but the one in the upper abdomen has been hanging on. It fluctuates with food too.
And when its felt more, its often followed with gas.
Are there any foods or supplements I should eat/take to help with what seems to be malabsorbtion? (Or maybe its something else)
