Yeah, i just need to focus on the moment. When i was fasting, didn't think about how many days i had left--i just focused on the moment. And you enjoy life more that way, living in the present. I miss the feeling of fasting. The lightness, the freedom from food. I really do miss it. It's just so hard to get started--the first 24 hours (hell, the first 12 even) are so hard. I really want to do it again. I just need to push through the first 24 hours.
