I recommend reading every post on this forum. You will be inspired by the journey and the healing everyone has experienced. Read every day to increase your knowledge in what fasting is and to keep the momentum of inspiration. You will then know what to expect and that helps "to cope."
Preparation is a big thing for me when stopping a fast properly and re-feeding properly. I make sure there are no tempting treats in the house that are easily consumed when I choose to start eating again. Have some celery, cucumber and other things to juice, Watermelon is good (eat melon alone), (good juiced too!)
If you don't have a juicer, blend with a bit of water if needed and squeeze through a mesh bag, cheesecloth or even a tshirt - and you have juice. (you of course don't need to add water to Watermelon to blend)
