I read how someone is trying to heal their sprain ... I am also hoping this June fast will heal my knee.
Due to wearing high heels and my tight IT band ... my left knee is often in pain. For immediate relief I step on a golf ball on the bottom of my foot to hit the pressure points. The relief from the pain lasts for a couple hours, and then it returns. I also take a baseball and roll around on my IT band as well as sit on it. The pressure points are painful...it does feel much better once I am finished.
I am hoping this long fast will do the trick. I can only imagine it is something deep inside along with the muscle that needs healing.
