This could be a touch of gastritis.
If you notice that foods that are smooth, creamy, and neutral pH cause you no symptoms or make you feel better... while foods that are fatty, acidic, bulky, with corners, or dense bring on the symptoms, this also would point to gastritis.
Of the foods you mentioned sausage could be definitely be a trigger due to fatty acids in it, but also because being meat it would trigger the release of digestive acids. If the broccoli was not cooked that could also contribute. And some people find soybeans tough to digest.
