This troubles me. Your symptoms are yelling hypothyroid. Doses of iodine that high were never meant to be taken long-term. Those are therapeutic doses, meant to cure something, then you go to a lower maintenance dose. The SSKI has not prevented you from going hypothyroid.
See for yourself. Take your temperatures during the active part of the day. Best if you do several days taking temps 3 times a day, 3 hours apart starting 3 hours after getting up. (Get up 8 a.m. -- take temps at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m.) Average those 3 temps each day. How far you are from an average of 37C will tell you a lot.
