While looking around for liquid COQ10 most of them highly recommend taking with oils like flaxseed, etc. So between the interaction with oil and the dwell time being absorbed in the mouth, this really does look like the best way to absorb COQ10.
Which kind to get?
a) One that is concentrated - dosed in drops, not teaspoons;
b) All natural ingrediants
c) minimal additives
d) Liquid Ubiquinol would be ideal though hard to find and probably expensive.
After looking around the web for a bit, it looks like a tall order to fill.
I'll probably try this one since it's a sublingal version MEANT to be absorbed in the mouth. This hopefully means highly concentrated, not much filler and some concern for how it tastes.
