Keep in mind that with C0Q10 gum regrowth happens very slowly. You'll see some improvement in 6-12 months, not days or weeks. And even then it will seem slight. But even a slight improvement can save teeth down the road.

But COQ10 is one of those critical supplements that is great for the cardiovascular system etc, and one of the most important as we pass our thirties. Having a liquid form that you leave in your mouth to absorb for 20 min while you're pulling would really be a powerful and optimal way to absorb it!

I'm going to start doing that myself.
