I know your mom is in delicate condition. I don't want her swelling up from too much salt, but if she tolerates it, I think it's best to take it every day with plenty of water. Not only will it help to continuously flush the bromide, it will help support her adrenals since it's easy to believe they're under a strain in these conditions. As for the Lugol's, trust your intuition.
