No, there is nothing wrong with waiting on the Lord. It was just an explanation. Is there anything you would like to change that I said wrongly? Or something to add that may make your position more clear?
I personally believe that waiting on the Lord is when we ask God to give us wisdom so we can be wise to solve our problems and to help others. Then we ask Him how to solve any problem and diligently search for His answers....expecting to find it one day......we will surely find it. For when we get answers from God, we can share this knowledge for the betterment of our families and mankind. We can hopefully teach others to do the same, to pass along the joy of the knowledge of the Lord.
Hosea 6My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Once the problems get solved then they can renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Talking about people being on fire for the Lord. Wait until you get a group of people who all learn to do this and share with one another and see their excitement when they tell their stories. That's what I call motivation.
