I've got a pretty bad candida problem, but I've been ignoring the problem for a long time and I havent kept up to date on developments.
If I just eat meat I know after die-off, I can get back to a temporary state of good health, but as soon as I go back to any amount of carb/sugar I'll be back to square one.
Could massive amounts of pharma probiotics help keep me at that good state of health on their own? Or do I need to actively kill the candida?
Are natural candida killers as good as pharma solutions (nystatin etc)?
any other additional information that might help would be appreciated.
