Re: Depressed & Over whelmed - 12 root canals, not sure where to start

I gather you are depressed about your root canals? Yes, it is easy to get down, when we read all the fear-based stuff about them on curezone and elsewhere.

I have 5 root canals myself and I wish I hadn't, but at the time they seemed like the only solution as explained by the dentists.

Have you tried mega-dosing with vitamin C in the form of sodium ascorbate? I just started this myself. From what I've learned, I think this is effective in neutralizing the toxins from root canals. Liposomal vitamin C would be a good addition also, I intend to start with that soon.

You can easily make sodium ascorbate by adding a quarter teaspoon of baking soda (not baking powder) to a teaspoon of ascorbic acid powder in about an inch of water. Let it fizz for a minute, add enough water to make about a cup, and drink.

I plan to drink this two or three times a day. Dr. Gerard Judd wrote: This is about 1000 x as soluble as C, and is more reactive towards antibody and connective tissue construction and viral destruction. Thus the gums knit back to the teeth, avoiding any kind of oral surgery for "receding gums." - end quote.

Hope this helps. Cheer up! :-)
