I don't recommend large amounts of kale due to the oxalic acid.
And as far as broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables keep in mind that they are goitrogenic if raw. They should be cooked slightly to reduce their goitrogenic effect. Or take some seaweeds to help counter the effects and support the flora.

Just from 2 days of Goat Yogurt and Kefir I've used the bathroom 2 times!!!!! I can tell I still don't have enough flora since my poo is green. But its a dark green which means lots of bile. Just need to keep pushing through with this little fighters!
