Hey folks! Day 6 was interesting. I decided to do some exercise, so I worked out on the elliptical for about a half hour. Shortly after that I started feeling a bit lightheaded, but I did not faint. So, I guess I learned to take it easy when it comes to working out. What prompted me to work out was that I wanted to increase my weightloss percentage, since I only lost 1 lb between day 5 and day 6. It worked. Today, on the morning of day 7, my weight is 285.7. Remember, I started on Monday at 301, so I've lost about 15 lbs over 6 days of fasting. And it looks like I lost about 4 lbs between yesterday and today. Although I went to gym, afterwards I spent most of the day in bed and went to be relatively early. I ended up having a bowel movement, finally, which probably also added a little to my weightloss number. So, I'm on a roll right now, not giving up and hopefully day 7 will go smoothly.
