Candida over growth and breast feeding thrush

Just found out that thrush loves broken skin and so my nipple cracks are just not healing. It is very possible the thrush has settled nice in the ducts as I have shooting pains in arms and breast too. It hurts like fire to latch baby but I have not much choice. I have to heal myself from this thrush, will appreciate greatly any advice you can give.

I have tried many things, incl acv wash after every feed, olive oil, coconut oil, daktarin , vit c, zinc, echinacea, probiotics......

My baby also has oral thrush
