Eating just Watermelon today to prepare for a long water fast. I guess that should be fine? I would rather not have any food in my stomach sitting there when I'm fasting.
Like to do around 30 days to reap real benefits from a fast. But will take it day by day.
I have plenty of reserves of fat and have been eating healthier most days, but could use some fine tuning. Sometimes I still slip back on junk food. I just got over my diet coke addiction, now it tastes bad. So, I have whatever slime that left in my body to cleanse out.
Have been reading around on this forum, and wondering about getting ketone test strips and BP monitor...
