Re: Probiotics, heal the gut or kill candida.

The human body makes probiotics itself? So what organ/body tissue is responsible for  churning out millions or billions of probiotics at any given time to help with undigested food?

As far as i know the body hosts bacteria rather than producing as needed...unless you can show me some proof otherwise?

Raw food is not always a good idea for those that have a weak digestion.

Egg shells are very hard/abrasive on the gi tract and not a good idea for those that have a comprimised digestive system..

Parsley is a diurectic and should be used with caution...

I questioned Bee's amount of B-vitamins and she could never give me a straight answer. The liver/body is designed to only process so much water soluble B-vitamins at one time then it discards the rest. High dose B-vitamins are expensive urine.
