Hi jstart. Yes, I can relate to it. I noticed a while ago that when I have thick mucus build-up in my throat in the a.m. that I will have a lot of comments about the b.o. that day. I get up and the room is stuffy, my nose is blocked, and I have a thick white or very thick and clear build up of mucus on my tongue. The only thing I can call this is a biofilm and it does not matter if I scrub my tongue or not.
I have a bitter taste in the back of my throat all the time and post nasal drip. I think this is where all the smell is coming from. You are not alone. Tweet
