Re: Swishing Bentonite - swallow?

Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile, but Rainbird has it exactly right. The liquid Bentonite works 90% of the time for any mouth infection I've had. It's just in severe cases (like abscesses) where lots of stuff has to be drawn out through the gums that you need the concentrated clay.

And the Aztec is amazingly powerful. Since it's not certified food grade, I won't drink or otherwise swallow it. But for use in the mouth, spitting it out when you're done, it's perfectly safe and very effective.

Oil pulling is the best for maintaining your oral health, but if there's an infection, bentonite clay is stronger for quick relief.
