Starting today! Anyone else? My last Water Fast was only 3 days consecutively, so I'm going to see if I can make this one last longer. I'm no longer posting on the 'water fasting only' board because I am allowing myself an egg or some tuna for those really weak moments when I think I might quit. It helped me stay on track last time and get through 3 days so I'm going to employ the same tactic this time. Hey, whatever works!
