Thank you so much for you advice, Indi. I have started facial exercises first off. Second, I really believe that dehydration is a culprit here. I've spent many years completely avoiding anything salty. Little did I know, that I was starving myself of vital nutrients. I'm going to start adding unprocessed Sea Salt to my water and food from now on. I just assumed that ALL salt was bad for you. This will be interesting!
Can a person take too much Sea Salt ? If I were to drink 8 glasses a day, would a pinch with every glass be ok?
