Re: Day 7 of 15 day water fast
Thank you! Last night was a bit better, and today I am really feeling 'clear'. I wish I would stop dreaming about bacon, though.
I certainly understand having to stop when you know you need to stop. Fasting requires such practicality and, when you've done it before, you know darn well what you are going to be capable of and what you would rather just not put yourself through.
Working on a fast is tough, especially if your job requires long hours of standing on your feet and/or physical labor. I broke my 21-day fast in Nov.2010 before I really wanted to (before the return of hunger) because my job was ramping up and I was being required to haul items from one place to another. VERY quickly I found that, while I felt pretty good overall, an increase of physical workload was absolutely NOT going to work for me in that condition. Back pain. Complete lack of stamina. Lack of strength. It was obvious.
Anyway...keep up your fast! It's a great thing!
