In my past long-fasts (I'd consider 13 days closer to 'long' than 'short') I have felt absolutely AWFUL when eating any meat within the first 10 days of breaking the fast. Was this true for you on your 'binge'? Just curious...because that 'icky' feeling after eating meat has absolutely followed me post-fast (and throughout the 'normal' time of my life...months after a fast) and I'm wondering what it means (considering I was quite the meat-eater before I ever began fasting, and never noticed the same feeling that I have in the past few years once I began fasting).
