Re: One Year Buteyko Breathing

Yes.  I did.

I no longer feel short of breathe.  I was more and more starting to take sudden gasps of air, sleep apnea problems.

I don't need to sleep as much, since I'm not hyperventilating as much in my sleep, my sleep is deeper.

When my control pause first started to increase to mid-20's, the change was even more noticeable.

My Buteyko coach said it is common when your cells first start getting more oxygen since there we starved for oxygen for so long.

So when my CP first increased from 15 to 25, I went from being exhausted after sleeping 10.5 hrs......to feeling completely rested after sleeping 6.5 hrs. This has settled down to what is more normal. I sleep for 7.5-hr and feel rested.

My prostatitis also improved greatly.

I went through a cleansing reaction which is common when cells start working better.  I was having 3 to 4 bowel movements a day for a few weeks.....with lots of headaches as toxins were moving.

Any stress will cause my CP to drop.  Since stress leads to hyperventilation.

Earthing also helped to stabilze my CP, since it reduces stress from EMF.  (EMF does indeed cause cellular stress)
