I was on the very end of day 2 and I felt like I might 'crack' so instead of going nuts, I went to the grocery and got some 'ketogenic foods'... i.e. things that would not affect ketosis according to what I have read. I had a green salad with some tuna and real mayo. It hit the spot and I feel okay to start again tomorrow. If I have any more seriously weak moments i have some no-carb goodies frozen in case of emergency. But I would have LOVED to have lasagne instead of my salad! hahahahaha!!! I envy you!
