I am breaking a 33 day fast. I have been puking for 11 days. I am on the third day since breaking it and am still puking. First day was diluted orange juice. Second day I thought I was good with cantaloupe juice - which helped my stomach and allowed me to drink water more comfortably, but then I puked at night. Now I tried cantaloupe juice in the morning and puked, then later a banana and puked. I just had some homemade applesauce and we shall see. I can't seem to keep any water down though. Any advice? Fruit suggestions?
