Natural sources of Vitamin E

Hi MH:

I was wondering if you can share your knowledge regarding natural sources of dietary Vitamin E. What are some good sources as far as absorption and bioavailability within the body?

Also, what do you think of wheat germ oil as a dietary source? I have read conflicting information on the web regarding it's use as a source of Vitamin E and whether it's safe to consume or not. Some sources purport that it's one of the highest sources of Vitamin E, while others say that while it may have some Vitamin E content, it oxidizes(goes rancid) easily and therefore is not safe for ingestion.

Thank you for your time and advisement.
