I'm a bit worried.
I decided to break my Water Fast three days ago ( I had a growling stomach and was starving!)
Since then, the first day I drank a small amount of diluted OJ. The second and third day, I've been drinking lemon juice and ACV and sliced apples with skin on which I'm chewing very well.
Before my fast I had a great relationship with my bowels! It would never take too long to digest my food... No sign of one now though. My stomach is a bit bloated.
Does anyone recommend I take something like psyllium husk or coconut oil or should I eat a big meal of something like veggies or veggie soup?!
I hate having food that's been digested trapped inside of me!
