I have given up wheat as officially yesterday. We will see if it makes any difference. Yuck, don't like non gluten grains much at all. weird flavors and no fiber content. No wonder people with candida are constipated.
True with cocoa powder I do add lots of stevia,or truvia some xylitol.
Carob has the Sugar content, that's probably why I didn't buy it. 3 per TBSP is a lot.
