Another delicious thing! and, is carob safe for us?

Is carab powder safe for us? I always wondered. When I have a chocolate fix, I do unsweetened cocoa powder with stevia in things.
I have another Dr. oz recipe that is amazing! check this out, it's microwave chocolate cake! You could do carob powder if you didn't like the cocoa.

4 TBSP flax seeds
4 TBSP stevia
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
3 TBSP cocunut oil
splash vanilla

mix up in a microwavable mug, put in microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. What a treat! It comes out kind of gooy, but it does dry up a little. I sprinkled more stevia on top too.
