I had the same thing happen to me during my first flush - the feeling where it got super hot where my liver is. My first flush was not nearly as successful as yours. I have done 8 now and I think during 3 of them I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was going to puke (I never actually did though). I think you would have been ok to puke, because the oil would have already done it's job. But it sounds like yours went very well !! Tweet
