I used malic acid for my first 6 flushes. I always got really sick though when I drank it. I would mix a teaspoon of the powder with about 32 oz of water and drink it on an empty stomach throughout the day. I had my holistic dr muscle test it on me and it tested very bad for me, so no wonder why it was making me sick every single time. The last 2 flushes I have used apple cider vinegar: 2 tablespoons 4 x's a day and I haven't gotten sick at all. So that is another option if malic acid happens to bother you.
