You know, that makes sense...

I went through a period where I didn't eat anything for breakfast. The idea of food was nauseating. Other than that, I can only eat fruit for breakfast anyway. Especially if it is early in the morning, it is nothing or else fruit. I can eat steamed vegetables or some toast and olive oil but usually don't. The whole no food or only light food such as fruit has come naturally, for me at least.

When I think about the traditional BIG breakfast, I just don't know how people do it! Pancakes, cereal, hash browns, pasteurized orange juice, bacon and eggs, muffins? YUCK. That doesn't sit right any time of day but especially morning!
I eat a big breakfast once a year (Christmas morning). Fortunately it is usually later morning like 10 am, and I don't feel good afterwards, but I'll eat those cheese grits and cinnamon rolls once a year!
