My first attempt I aborted at 6pm (18hours) as I was too excited after I collected and hung an expensive piece of original art! lol
But I started again Friday midnight and broke it about an hour ago (10am = 34 hours)
I felt lots of healing both times.
I have noticed that since my first long dry fast (3days 4hours) almost a year ago, any amount of dry fasting gives me good healing results, for example just lying in bed for an extra hour, so getting 1 more hour of dry fasting daily I notice all sorts of healing pains especially in my bones and joints.
stick at it , cos its worth it. I think maybe doing lots of dry fasts in succession might help your body get ready for a longer fast.
Once you get over 72 hours (3 days) it gets really good, but maybe your body is already healthy so it is harder to do a long one.
