Re: 5 weeks on diet and still no relief?

Dr McCombs plan doesnt work, I tried it my self few years ago but I had no success with it. best thing that works for candida overgrowth that I have found so far is yeast cleanse by solary, combined with candex

although yeast cleanse works if your only problem is yeast infection but because main ingredient in yeast cleanse is tea tree oil, it can be hard on your kidney

try sodium potassium ascorbate, you will most likely feel relief at first dose.

here's how you make sodium potassium ascorbate

1 leveled table spoon of potassium hydrogen bitartrate also known as cream of tartar

half tea spoon of ascorbic acid

one eighth tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate also known as baking soda

mix them in 8 to 16 ounces of pure water and take them slowly over an hour

also use 500mg of thiamine which is also know as vitamin b1
take them with food base B50 complex, you can also add Inisitol as a cofactor for better absortion

500mg of quercetin will also helps
