It sounds like you are doing a lot of good things. Definitely watch the grains and sugars. If your eating gluten/pasteurized dairy STOP lol. That will wreck your digestion. Try some lightly cooked eggs maybe? you need some type of good fat for stress levels as well. Coconut oil, eggs, avocado, raw soaked nuts, other animal foods if tolerated. The emotional stuff is big also. I know how hard it is not to panic and stress out during all of this. It is scary stuff. I know it's cliche, but try prayer, read the bible or other religious text, meditate, etc. It helps. The thing that i try to remember is that fear never helps. If you are doing a flush, a cleanse, killing bugs, whatever, fear will only make it worse. The end goal is just to be in touch with your own body enough that you trust it on what you can and cannot handle at any given moment in time. Be honest with yourself. Be good to yourself. Give your body what it is asking for. It knows what to do.
