My advice would be to keep going until you feel better, then if needed, take a few days to regroup, then get right back at it, and keep at it. It will get better but it takes time.

Having parasites, and all that comes with it, takes a toll on us physically and emotionally. Cleansing the parasites is worse, but it's the only way. It will get better.
