Sometimes it takes more discipline to revert back to a sensible diet after a deprivation diet. This is when the urge to binge eat comes in... when you figure "well, I am eating plenty of carbs and food anyway might as well enjoy myself". I think it is good to stick to a sensible, alkaline diet with adequate carbs from millet/quinoa, nuts seeds, avocados etc, but not to binge and eat whatever.But you want to make sure YOU are getting adequate energy to recovery and prepare for another round of deprivation. What i found to really work well has been just green leafy veggies like collard greens and kale, and an enzyme product called candex which digests cellulose (what the cell lining of candida is made of). This had worked very well for me in the past.
