Look into heavy metal chelation, especially if you have had dental amalgams. If you still do, definitely get those removed by a natural dentist.
You mentioned something that is not true;

By taking the same anti fungals you are making candida resistant to it. This is why it is important to KILL the colonies, not just poison them. It is also why some recommend rotating antifungals.
You have to know exactly why you are doing what you are doing and for what reason. If the antifungals are not killing the candida and you are not seeing colonies exit you stool, it means you are only bothering them and making them even stronger and more difficult to eradicate. Your candida is getting a free gym pass while you suffer.
Be very careful how you treat candida. You could be culturing a super candida from hell that is anti-fungal resistant, and its resistance can transfer to other anti candida regimens making it a real nightmare.
