Hey man, don't wanna come down on ya, but I am really curious about your knowledge on oxalates. Because a lot of these alkalizing vegetables are very high in oxalates so you have to be very careful if you have issues with oxalates. What might help people is if they had a 24h urine analysis to see if they are susceptible to any sort of stone formation..and not just that.. Oxalates can migrate anywhere in the body and cause inflamation in any organ including the brain.
If you're juicing daily and only focussing on that, you might be building up oxalates in your body and you won't know it until they start to manifest by way of inflammation.
So all I'm saying is, yes, greens are great, yes, alkaline is great, but don't get crazy, especially when there's other factors at play.
Everyone needs to go get a complete blood checkup. I would hope you guys are as lucky as I am with my doctor. He checks for a heck of a lot of stuff. I had to give 17 viles of blood the other day but you know what? it's very informative...it's very personal and informative to me and it's the kind of information you will never find elsewhere.
This is step 1 in my opinion as far as how to approach this Candida problem.
