Re: Is it time for me to go to the emergency room?

Hey sweetheart! I've been reading a lot of your posts while lurking on CZ the past few months to try and figure out my own issues. I know some people have already suggested to you, why not try purging your system of parasites?! I'm amazed, I thought I had digestive problems from what I was eating, I researched SIBO, fructose malabsorption, candida, sudden intolerances, etc... I finally thought what the heck, it seems like a lot of these issues are snowball-effect.

If you get parasites, they'll hide out in mucus in your digestive tract, and you'll have candida symptoms but trying to beat back the yeast is like spinning your wheels til you get rid of the worms.

I agree with Anthony87, go GREENS. I know you're scared of veggies, I know you're very weak and thin, and my heart goes out to you. Look at alkalizing your body! Look into food combining (i.e. what foods to eat together for optimum digestion). Do a parasite cleanse, if you can't afford some of the big name brands out there (I'm currently using paraGONE and, ugh, there's nothing nightmarish but I definitely am seeing evidence of worms!), just stick with black walnut hull extract, large servings of pumpkin seeds, and raw GARLIC. Also high-plant protein, easily digestible spirulina, chlorella, and micro blue-green algae (in fresh or powder form) will be your best friend.

I was eating Primal for a while, just meats/fats/nuts/veggies (no fruits/grains) but started realizing that the protein and fats were slogging down my digestive tract. I've made tremendous progress in the last few days.

Eastern Medicine might help you out. You have problems with dampness. Your symptoms suggest there IS an underlying cause and not just the candida. There is often something under the surface, as you're finding out on your own. Kill the parasites or do a Liver Flush (simple and cheap, with lemons, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and other supplements as desired), then work on the yeast with diet.

There's a balance to be had. Eventually you'll be able to eat, and eat well again, and have your life back. Keep fighting, girl!!! I wish there were some way I could help you!! PM me if you need to talk! Don't give up!
