She's reacting to fruits though. Maybe an internal medicine physician or gastorinterologist would help. That would have been my next stop if I didn't kick out candida in the past couple weeks. It's hit or miss. I had a clueless gastro doctor and another physician that said candida can't be in the intestines.

The acid foods problem that I posted could be an underlying cause to candida too. It causes acidosis, which leaves the body vulnerable to infection. Trying the potato could have caused a flareup because of recent consumption of meats and fats. It took me a few days to tolerate starches again, because while feeding the candida they also alkalize the body which needs to be done. With a high acid diet I would definitely be where you are at with symptoms. The acid alkaline chart is used to get to the root cause to kick out candida and get the thyroid function back.

My point about the potato is that it is less bad than the meat. So it wouldn't give instant relief to start packing in potatoes. The most alkaline and lowfat foods should be the ones to eat for medicinal purposes, lima beans, all the greens. It looks like you have tried having a ton of leafy greens, what I know from experience is that the fatty meat and coconut oil renders that useless. People have commented on my posts saying it has worked for them.

I am concerned that while candida creates Depression and severe anxiety, it has you believing that you have this special case where no changes you make will help and there is no way out. Tweet
